The Omron M6 "Comfort" fully automatic home blood pressure monitor which includes the much more comfortable (and expensive) ComfortCuff™.
The M6 has useful every day features such as automatically inflating to the correct pressure, warning you of an irregular pulse with an icon on the screen, and it averages three measurements taken over a 10 minute period, recognised by doctors as important when taking readings at home.
